I arrived in Sweden!

This is a beautiful country (I dont see many things for the moment…) Parcs and green spaces everywhere, nice lakes and rivers. A warm sun (more than in France at the airport)

People is friendly, smiling and ready to help you (I think to a problem with on of my bagage at the airport…), nothing related to somewhere in France. You just have to ask something to someone and you start to talk for a while about good plans, cheap restaurants, must-see location in the city…

Swedish are nature friendly and select their wastes ( 3 garbage in my hostel room). For example at the Macdonald (it’s also bad taste as in France) there is no one garbage, but one for each sort of waste: for the cups, the plastics, the burger craft and the other.

At the supermarket, we give cash at the cashier but the coins are puted on a box and it give money in function of the amount given.

I suppose that swedish  are  Ice hockey fans, this morning when I went out of the room for breakfast (a big breakfast) the entire team was here with their hockey sticks and many other things (their are back tonight). I see many people who check results of match and a new arena was built not far from the central city. I think I should go there one day.

The campus of the university a really big! I don’t have the possibility to go into one of the building (it’s the weekend) but someone say to me that was impressive. Some data: 1 500 foreign Erasmus students by year, 9 000 students at the technologic institute and 25 000 on the 14 department of study!

When I arrived on the campus, students were painting on the ground the name of theirs differents department. They were happy, drink alcool and made some BBQ (more informations when I’ll be aware of this)

I think I’ll do a post about the university with traditions which student are very attached!

Shops are closed early at weekend…
